Seeds of acceleration: Lessons from COVID-19 vaccine development to advance crop breeding
The is excited to hold Seeds of Acceleration, a one-of-a-kind transdisciplinary workshop on 26 June 2024. We are bringing together stakeholders with broad expertise in vaccine development, the use of platform technologies, open data, enabling regulatory frameworks to apply the learnings from accelerated vaccine development to food security, one of the great challenges of our time.
The workshop aims to identify how the new knowledge and processes supporting rapid COVID-19 vaccine development can provide a blueprint for focusing international cooperation towards the accelerated breeding of climate-ready crops.
