Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information Act 1982 is Commonwealth legislation that allows the general public to seek access to information held by any Commonwealth agency or authority.
SWAGºÏ¼¯ is a Commonwealth authority and subject to the Act.
If you are lodging a request it is most likely that the current increase in requests will require that SWAGºÏ¼¯seek extensions from applicants (as per FOI Act s 15AA ) or, where appropriate, seek an extension of time from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
